Stephanie Leonetti attended Rutgers University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutritional Science/Dietetics. Stephanie is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist. While at college, she was part of Nutrition Advocates helping bring nutrition awareness to the community. Stephanie danced competitively throughout her childhood and early adult years. She was invited, along with her dance team, to perform at the orange bowl in Florida as well as take part in a dance workshop with the NYC Rockettes.
Stephanie has been in the field of Nutrition for 10 years. She has created specific meal plans for clients suffering from diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, hypothyroidism, celiac disease, crohn’s disease, gout, and IBS. Stephanie believes it is more effective to teach individuals how to lose weight by living a healthy lifestyle instead of counting calories, weighing food or eating processed foods. She has helped thousands of people lose over a total of ten thousand pounds and keep it off! The goal with Stephanie’s program is to lose the diet mentality and gain the knowledge of the proper nutrition without the ploys.
Additionally, Stephanie specializes in creating weight gain and fat loss programs for athletes, teaching them how to eat properly to add muscle and reduce body fat. She wants athletes to not only focus on weight gain or loss, but to be able to perform at their peak. Incorporating nutrition along with training will allow athletes to hit their highest potential while on and off the field. Proper nutrition combined with an effective training program can greatly improve athletic performance.
